Good morning all... I want to thank everyone for playing in the challenge "Love is in the air" Great job and we found some wonderful new DT members!! WOW such talent and I am so thrilled that these ladies have decided to join the Gingerloft DT. Please stop by their blogs and leave them some love they love visitors and followers.

OK this week it is a zoo around here. Any animal on your project will do. My name's Annette, although my friends call me Netty.  I'm 36 (or 28
with 8 years of experience as I prefer to believe) and live in Devon, UK
with my hubby, Paul, plus 2 cats and 2 chickens!  I've always been a
crafter; never happier than when I'm covered in glitter and sticky
stuff.  I started card-making in 2004 and quickly found that stamping
was my favourite technique.  However, since finding digi stamps about 6
months ago, I've become a real digi convert.   My favourite colouring
tools are my Promarkers, Twinkling H2O watercolour paints, my recently
re-discovered 20 year old watercolour pencils (they're still going
strong!!!) and my lovely shimmer chalks.  I love working with sketches,
flowers, ribbons, pearls and anything cute, pink and sparkly.

I am Loretta Lock. I have a family that I adore and I love being wife to my husband for the last 20 years and mom to 4 of the coolest kids I know; Morgan (16), Hannah (14), Marcus (12) and Rachel (10). As a family we foster rescue dogs and it is a real passion for us. We have our own 2 dogs, and they help out too when we have orphan litters by teaching dog manners to the foster pups. We are very involved in ministry in our church as a family and love serving our Christ family. I have been crafting for forever, give or take a few years. My passion for paper crafting began almost 10 years when a friend asked me to make Christmas cards with her for the teachers in our school. That was so much fun that I continued on learning tricks and techniques in papercrafting. I am honoured to be a guest designer for Gingerloft digital stamps.

My name is Sandie and I live in Ireland with my hubby and our kidlets. I started scrapbooking just under 5yrs ago after my daughter was born and from that I was introduced to the wonderful world of stamping.

First day of spring YEAH Welcome back to the Gingerloft challenge. WOW so many entries. AMAZING work to everyone that entered. This challenge we want to see you use those die cuts and or punches. What did we ever do without those die cut machines. The world of stamping has changed so much over the 12 years that I have been a stamping girl. This week's prize is a bit different. Up for grabs for our random winner is a grab bag of 5 unmounted rubber stamps from Gingerloft. YES real RUBBER!!! I'm a 35 years old girl, living in a small place called Osen i Norway, together with my fiance, 2 children and a cat.

I work part time as an enrolled nurse, and by not working full time, means more time for my family - and my hobbies!

I've been doing all sorts of crafting almost ever since I was born, but landed in the paperworld in 2006.

Hi, I'm Maria I have been stamping/cardmaking for 2 years now and consider it a ministry of Joy! I live a very peaceful and contented life in our small country town in Pennsylvania running our family business with my DH of 23 years and our four children which we have homeschooled from the start. My goal for 2011 is to actually work up the nerve to send in some of my creations for publication in any of the magazines I constantly page through for inspiration!

Wow I cant believe it, I have only been bloging since January and I have been asked to be a guest designer for The Ginger Loft.

This is so great and a little bit scary as I have not done this before.

I have been crafting for a few years, but only started stamping about 6 months ago. I have followed a lot of how to colour videos and this has helped me to understand what I am doing. As with most people to fund my hobby I work ( this is my real passion ) with speech and language impaired children, but only part time now because of my health. We do a lot of crafting in school and the children really enjoy it.

Once a month I attend a local craft group with my daughter and mum, where we get to enjoy the company and inspiration of our friends. So not only has craft given me a sense of purpose but it has enabled me to make some great friends along the way.

I am so excited to have been chosen as a GDT for Gingerloft. I am a recently retired elementary teacher and have always enjoyed crafting. I find this a way of releasing my creative energy! Even though I have been making cards for about 4-5 years, I really got into it 2 years ago when I was laid off from my job in January of 2009. I have learned so much in the process. I recently found another job in December of last year. Even though I don't have as much time as I used to for making cards, I use every spare moment to create. Recently I got some Copic markers and I take them to work and color my images during my lunch hour. I hope to take some classes in the fall.

Hi I am E.T from Karachi, Pakistan. I have been making cards since forever, blogging about them since 2008. I was SO bad at first, I had nothing to work with. We have no inks, stamps or papers here. I managed to work around all this. I make my own sentiments, design my own paper. I recently got addicted to Color Q inks and let me tell you this, I CANT work around NOT having those in my stash! Hi! My name's Claire but I'm also known as Happy Days.

I've been crafting in one form or another for as long as I can remember, but historically was a textiles girl. I started playing with paper about a year ago and am now completely hooked. My biggest craft passions are my Distress Inks and Promarkers. I love working with both fantasy and nature images, but am always happy to work with whatever is on offer! I design regularly for two companies and also do some paid freelance work for a few others.

I'm Katrina, I'm 24 I have two adorable daughters and a wonderful Husband. I was so surprised when my card came in as 'top three' at Gingerloft challenge #10. I have been crafting for 4 years and I have always felt I have an artistic side but it never had a chance to let it shine until I made my eldest daughters birth announcements back in 2007, and it has spiralled from there, Christening Invitations, Thank You's, Wedding invitations and now general cards! my original crafting box is now demoted to 'scraps'! I mainly make cards but have tried scrap-booking, mini books and 3D Paper Models. I love Stamping, Digi Stamps, Making Paper Flowers and my Pro-Markers, and i'm always open to learning techniques! My name is Pattie Gomez and I am an Internet Technology Professional and an Artist. I always dreamed of being an artist, but I found out quickly that I needed another field to support my family so I pursued a Degree in Information Technology. I hope that everyone had a fabulous Thanksgiving. I stayed home and did my Black Friday shopping online. It is hard to believe that Christmas is so near. I would like to thank everyone that participated in the Great Outdoors challenge. I really enjoyed looking at all of the creations. Great job!! This week we want you to play with bows. A favorite embellishment of mine. I just love my Bow- EZ. Anyway any bow will do. Just add a bow and play along. You DO NOT have to use a Gingerloft image to play but if you do that is great. I live in a very small town in western Arizona along the Colorado River, am a SAHM and love paper crafting. Hello, I am The Navy Wife and I live in a small coastal town in Queensland, Australia. I am a wife to a navy man, a mother to 3 children, and a servant to one cat.

I have been sewing, crafting and card making for over 10 years now. I enjoy it greatly and find it a passionate way to express what I am feeling and a great escape to give mummy some ‘time out’. I do find I have somewhat of an obsession for off the page projects including items for home decor. I love making projects suitable for gifting to friends and family and am always looking for gifting ideas and stepping outside of the box. I colour my images with watercolour pencils and I have a soft spot for non-coloured images as they can express so many feelings when combined with so many different mediums and paper.

I am recently new to the world of blogging and this is my first DT position and I am greatly looking forward to working with the Gingerloft images and the great aspiring design team. Gingerloft have some stunningly beautiful images with endless project possibilities and having a peak around the Gingerloft Design Team blogs all the girls do some wonderful gorgeous work, I am sure we will all have a blast working together. You should pop by for a look at their lovely work and give them some *love*.

The Gingerloft Challenges run every two weeks and Tami, the Design Team and I would love if you played along with us. There is no requirement of having to use a Gingerloft Image though it would be lovely if you did, and they also offer some pretty freebie images as well, pop over and have a peak. Hi, I'm Wendy, my body is 58 years old, but in my head I’m still in my twenties. I live with my husband our bossy elderly cat, between us we have 6 children and 5 grandchildren.

I have crafted in some form or other since I was a child and was taught to knit and sew by my mother, my first real knitting apart from the usual scarves and squares was a pair of lemon coloured baby bootees for one of my Brownie badges. Amazing I can remember that after all those years.

When my children were young I was fortunate to work from home as a design assistant to a knitwear designer, collaborating with her on new designs. Once they were grown up I returned to office work and re-trained in Accountancy, eventually becoming a Company Accountant and continuing to work until four years ago when I had to take early retirement due to worsening ill health. My work and family commitments hadn't left much time for anything else, except for a little cross stitching and family birthday cards now and then. At last there was time for crafting again, I used to enjoy dressmaking, knitting, flower arranging, Kumihimo braiding, and jewellery making, but mostly these days I have to stick to cross-stitch and paper-crafting.

Hi, I'm Lynn and live in Hampton Park, Victoria in Australia. I'm married with no kids, and work as Store Service/Systems Officer for a large retail company. I've been there for almost 15 years.

I love all crafts and have been pretty much doing it all my life. I have a passion for Paper tole (or 3D art) but because it was too time consuming, I decided to make cards, now I am hooked. Although I tend to paper tole some of my cards at times, can't seen to get away from it entirely.

This is my first DT position and it's really exciting to be apart of Gingerloft and the wonderful digi images from their great store.

Hello! I am Gale and I live on the central Oregon coast. I have lived here since 1976. I am an ER nurse, have been since 1990 (ugh)! I have two full grown kids and a great husband. I have my own Harley, (husband has one also) and love to ride when the weather permits.
I have been scrapbooking since 2005 when I decided to become a travel nurse. After 5 years of that, I settled back on the coast. Since I didn't have all the travel photos to scrap, I started card making in 2009. This past year I started working with digital images. How WONDERFUL! To have any image you want, at any time, in seconds! I recently found GingerLoft images. They have wonderful detail and shading. It makes them both easy and a pleasure to color.

I am a SAHM to, two beautiful girlies Katie who is 12 & Didge who is 13, they both have their own blogs now as well. I have been married to my gorgeous man for 12 years & he supports my obsession for anything sparkly & crafty! We also have a greyhound, Charlie who is now 5 & an absolute nutcase!
I have been making cards for about 3 years now, my girls join in the fun as well Danni draws & sells digi images & Katie is on a kids challenge blog DT. I just love working with digi image they are so easy to use & as I am totally addicted to my Promarkers they are just perfect lol....Most of the cards I make, I donate to the local Wildlife sanctuary as they are always in need of support.

I'm Marcy and am very excited to be a part of this new team. I live on Long Island in New York with my husband and best frined of 32 years. I have 2 sons and one "daughter-in-love."

I am an avid scrapbooker and paper crafter. I've always been a crafter, but fell in love with scrapping over 15 years ago and haven't looked back since.

I work in a large craft chain store as the Activity Specialist. I create all store samples and teach scrapping, stamping, jewelry making and other classes.

I am currently on the DT for another digi stamp site and a weekly sketch blog.

started cardmaking about a year ago. I love to make vintage

You wouldn't know it, but I really only started getting into card crafting in 2009. Prior to that you would have laughed when you saw my cards that I attempted to make. After finding Split Coast Stampers, I started studying techniques and entered challenges to improve my skills. Welcome to Gingerloft Challenges. We are so happy to have you here. First there are NO RULES. Just have fun. Enter as many times as you like, combine challenges and use ANY products that you wish. We would love to see what you can do with our Gingerloft digis but if you don't have them use what you have. We do have several FREEBIES at Gingerloft so go check them out. Also we want to let you know that we are having a big sale at Gingerloft this holiday weekend. 5 digis for $5 or 3 digis for $3. Our challenge will run every two weeks and will be posted on Sundays.
